Katie Johnson

Corporate Marketing Manager, Village Automotive Group

Katie Johnson is a Marketing professional with over 10 years of experience in the Sports & Entertainment and Automotive Industries. Katie has proven to be highly effective by driving the creative development, implementation and ROI analysis for many different types of marketing campaigns including brand, digital, events and promotions. Currently, Katie is the Corporate Marketing Manager for Village Automotive Group in the Twin Cities which includes Lexus of Wayzata, Lexus of Maplewood and Village Chevrolet. Previously Katie was a Manager of Activation with the MN Timberwolves & Lynx after graduating with a MBA and a MS degree from the University of Central Florida. She is also a Penn State Alumni and worked for the Penn State Lady Lions for three years as a Manager while graduating with honors from the Smeal College of Business. Katie’s interests and specialties include: Strategic planning, results focused leadership, as well as developing creative marketing campaigns and sports sponsorships to drive sales and customer retention.

Chip Alvey

Digital Director, Oxmoor Auto Group

Chip Alvey has been the Digital Director of Oxmoor Auto Group for the past 4 years. Oxmoor consists of 6 rooftops and 9 new car franchises. Since joining Oxmoor, Chip’s focus has been to drive traffic to the Oxmoor dealer websites, effectively communicate with their large number of contacts and customers, utilize video wherever possible, and design for the mobile user to better reach the changing landscape of auto dealer consumers.

Guy Super

Vice President of Sales, Outsell

Guy Super is a dynamic, strategic executive who is dedicated to developing and leading sales teams to deliver record-setting results. As Vice President of Sales, Guy is focused on driving sales nationwide for the company’s powerful Outsell Fuel platform. Guy will manage, develop and lead the Direct to Dealer Outsell sales and business development teams.


Most recently, Guy was Outsell’s director of territory sales and prior to joining Outsell, he was an award-winning Sales Director with Dominion Enterprises where he increased sales and the company’s overall customer base by 5x in just two years. Guy is a proven leader in building, managing and developing strategic sales teams and go-to-market strategies. He has also held senior management roles with Autobase, Inc., and Village Automotive Group. Guy holds a Bachelor of Science in History from Lawrence University.
